Every piece I make is handbuilt and one-of-a-kind. I welcome commissions for collectors, interior designers, and anyone who wants something made specifically for their space, their table, or their garden.
What Can Be Commissioned
- Garden & Patio Totems — height, colour palette, outdoor-grade finish
- Candleholders — size, glaze colour, single or grouping
- Ornamental Bowls — size, glaze, surface treatment, decorative detail
- Functional Ceramics — mugs, platters, plates and bowls for daily use or as a gift set
- Sculptures — discussed individually based on your vision and space
The Process
- Consultation — we discuss your vision, space, and budget by email or phone. No commitment required.
- Proposal — I suggest dimensions, glaze options, and send reference images for your approval.
- Creation — your piece is handbuilt and fired in my Toronto studio. Allow 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
- Delivery — pickup from my studio, or shipping arranged anywhere in Canada and the US.
Pricing
Garden & Patio Totems
- $150 for the first 2 feet · $100 for each additional foot
- 4-foot totem — $450
- Stake and installation included within the GTA and up to Newmarket / Sutton / Beaverton
- Free-standing indoor totems (3.5–4 ft) require a welded metal stand — add $100
- Large statement totems (5.5–6 ft) with heavy welded base, optional integrated planter or platform — from $1,200
Other Pieces
Pricing for candleholders, bowls, functional ceramics, and sculptures depends on size and complexity. I am happy to work within a stated budget whenever possible.
A 50% deposit is required to begin any commission; the balance is due on completion.
